Who can make referrals?

The referral programme is open to all current and past clients and registered referral partners (contact us if you would like to register).

The 10% Recommenders

  1. You recommend time 4 change to a colleague or friend.
  2. They have a look on our website and call us.
  3. You tell us who they are via the "contact us" page on the website and provide contact details.
  4. We help them choose the right offering and book the first meeting.

Partner Referrals (20%)

  1. You recommend time 4 change to a colleague or friend.
  2. They have a look on our website and talk to you.
  3. You call us & let us know what help you need (specialist quotes, materials etc).
  4. You help them choose the right offering and book the first meeting.

Limits and Rules

  • Referrals only apply to new clients. You can't keep recommending the same people.
  • 10% referrals are capped at £2,000 per new client.
  • Referral fees are paid upon completion of the work with the new client.
  • If a new client does not finish the work they booked with us you will be paid the referral fee for the work they have completed and paid for.
  • The referral fees are calculated before vat is added.
  • The referral fee is paid only on the initial work that results from the introduction.
  • If you are creatively involved in the client buying more work from us - further fees will be paid.

If you are unsure or feel that we are being unfair in anyway, and we can not come to a mutual understanding, you may invoke the fairness fairy who will pay you the disputed amount. The fairness fairy only works for people once - it's only fair!
